Owners, of 711 Middle Polo Drive for the following variances from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of a garage and residential addition:

A 2 foot 8 inch variance from the required side yard setback of 7 feet 2 inches, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII “R-2” Single-Family Dwelling District.

A 30 foot 2 inch variance from the required front yard setback of 39 feet and 7 inches, Section 405.1900.A.1 of Article XIII “R-2” Single-Family Dwelling District.

the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of a surface parking lot:

A 16.6 percent variance from the required lot coverage limit of 55 percent to allow for a total coverage of 71.6 percent, Section 405.2380.A of Article XVI “R-5” Medium-Low Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District.
