B. 938 South Central Avenue – Front Yard Fence ARB Consideration of a request by Tyler Stephens, architect on behalf of Mehlman Brothers Real Estate, owners/developers, for review of design and materials associated with the construction of a 6-foot cedar shadow-box fence.

C. 15-23 Lee Avenue – Conceptual Review – Multi-family Residential PC/ARB Consideration of a request by Robert Saur, purchaser, for conceptual review of a proposed 78-unit multi-family residential building.
