The City Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board of the City of Clayton, Missouri, met on the above date at 5:30 p.m. at the CITY HALL CHAMBERS/via ZOOM meeting. Upon roll call, the following responded:

PRESENT Steve Lichtenfeld, Chair Bob Denlow Susan Buse, Aldermanic Representative Helen DiFate Jim Arsenault David Gipson, City Manager

ALSO IN ATTENDANCE Anna Krane, Director of Planning & Development Hobie Kropp, Planning Technician Stephanie Karr, City Attorney

MINUTES Regular meeting of 06/06/2025

Bob Denlow made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS 1. 19 Carrswold Drive – Exterior Alteration – Retaining Walls Consideration of a request by Harry Freeman, Applicant, on behalf of Scott Sachtleben, Owner, for review of design and material of a new front yard retaining wall. Postponed to the July 7 PC-ARB meeting date at the request of the applicant.

2. 7404 Northmoor Drive – Architectural Review – Front Yard Fencing (00:00:49) Consideration of a request by Robin Saywitz, Applicant, on behalf of Corgitron LLC, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with front yard fencing. Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Robin Saywitz, Aplicant/Owner was present on behalf of the application. The applicant made a presentation. PC-ARB discussed the item with the applicant. Bob Denlow made a motion to approve as submitted. Helen DiFate seconded the motion.

3. 8025 Bonhomme Avenue – Exterior Alteration – Window Coverings (00:07:51) Consideration of a request by Joe Caradonna, Applicant, on behalf of Kingside Diner, Tenant, for review of design and materials associated with street facing window decals. Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Joe Caradonna, Applicant, was present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the item with the applicant.

Bob Denlow made a motion to approve as submitted. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
