B. 8125 Forsyth Boulevard – New Construction - Office Building (Conceptual Review) PC/ARB Consideration of a request by Richard S. Clawson, architect on behalf of Apogee Associates, LLC, owner, for conceptual review of a 14-story, 233,226-square-foot office building.

A. Sunshine Law Presentation by the City Attorney regarding the Sunshine Law (public records).
