NEW BUSINESS

A. 8500 Maryland Avenue (Vanguard) – Conditional Use Permit – Health Club PC Consideration of an application submitted by Don Eisenberg, owner of Eisenberg Training, LLC, for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a 1,457-square-foot health club to be known as The Exercise Coach on the first floor of the subject building.

B. 6319 Alexander – Addition – Single-Family Residence ARB Consideration of a request by Scott & Betsy Mehland-Smith, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 2-story, 425-square-foot addition and a 640- square-foot attached garage to the rear of the existing single-family residence.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

A. Text Amendment to City’s Zoning Regulations PC A public hearing to receive public input and to consider text amendments to Chapter 405 (Zoning Regulations) of the City’s Land Use Code related to town houses.

B. 121 North Brentwood Boulevard – Rezoning PC A public hearing to receive public input and to consider rezoning the subject property from R-2 Single- Family Dwelling District to R-4 Low Density Multiple Family Dwelling District to allow development of a 4- unit town house development.
