NEW BUSINESS

A. 8151 Clayton Road – Modification to Sign Ordinance Consideration of a request by Shannon Brown, sign contractor, on behalf of Gershman Commercial, owner, to allow a modification to the City’s Sign Regulations to allow the addition of a 6th tenant panel on the existing monument (ground) sign.

B. 8001 Watkins Drive – Addition to Single-Family Residence Consideration of a request by Adam Davenport, architect on behalf of Elizabeth & Brad Smith, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 2- story, 500 square-foot addition to the rear of the existing structure.

C. 212 South Meramec Avenue – Public Art Consideration of a request by Kyle Wilson, architect on behalf of White Oak Realty Partners, owner, for review of the installation of public art in the form of 14 bicycle racks.
