A. 6363 Alexander Drive – Single-Family Addition & Detached Garage PC/ARB Site Plan Review Consideration of a request by Thomas Wall, architect on behalf of Jay and Anja Schmelter, owners, for review of the site plan associated with the construction of a 2,194-square-foot addition to the rear of the home, and a 529-square-foot detached garage.
