NEW BUSINESS 1. 7645 Wydown Boulevard – Conditional Use Permit – Restaurant Consideration of a request by Larry Moore, Applicant, on behalf of T&S Food Services LLC, Tenant, for the operation of a Starbucks. 2. 8007 Clayton Road – Architectural Review – Signage Consideration of a request by Tracy Collins, Applicant, on behalf of The Agency Properties LLC, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a new ground sign. 3. 407 Polo Drive – Architectural Review – Residential Addition Consideration of a request by Joe Page, Applicant, on behalf of Bradford and Stephanie Goette, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a residential addition.
