A. 7601-7651 Clayton Road – Planned Mixed-Use Development Architectural Review Continued consideration of a request by Clayton-Hanley, LLC, owner under contract, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 7-story, 755,000-square-foot mixed-use building including 10,222 square feet of ground floor retail (including a restaurant), a 29,959 square-foot grocery store, 298 apartment units and 754 parking spaces.

A. 635 West Polo Drive – New Construction – Single-Family Residence Site Plan Review Consideration of a request by Glenn Henke, owner/developer, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a two-story, 4,664 square-foot (excluding the basement) single- family residence.
