Helen DiFate made a motion to continue the application to an undetermined date to allow the applicant to make revisions. Susan Buse seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. New Business 1. 7811 Clayton Road – Architectural Review – Sign Modification (00:52:32 & 02:35:05) Consideration of a request by Ed Davenport, Applicant, on behalf of High Life, Tenant, for review of a request for Sign Modification. No representatives were present on behalf of the application. Helen DiFate made a motion to continue the application to the next meeting on January 5th, 2026. Susan Buse seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

2. 61 Topton Way - Site Plan Review – New Mixed-Use (00:52:54) Consideration of a request by Amanda Norris, Applicant, on behalf of Brown Group Inc., Owner, for Site Plan Review of a new mixed-use commercial and residential structure. Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall record a deed restriction noting the location and maintenance requirements of the stormwater detention BMP and shall submit proof of filing prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2) The proposal shall be revised to include three bicycle parking spaces as part of the building permit submission. Tyler Stephens, Amanda Norris, Eric Vietmeier, Mark Mehlman, Scott Mehlman, and Blair Mehlman were present on behalf of the application.
