That the Board of Education adopt the tax rates by category as presented with the blended tax rate for the School District of Clayton for 2020 in the amount of $4.4134 to be distributed with a Special Revenue Fund rate of $2.3530, General Fund rate of $1.2499, Capital Projects rate of $0.1875 and Debt Service Fund rate of $0.6230.
