A. 715 Glenridge – Driveway Replacement ARB Consideration of a request by Darold & Jeri Crotzer, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the replacement of an existing driveway.

B. 3 Carrswold Drive – Fence ARB Consideration of a request by Scott J. Wilson, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the construction of an 8.5-foot tall wood fence at the southeast corner of the property.

C. 14-16 South Bemiston Avenue – Conditional Use Permit - Restaurant Expansion PC Consideration of a request by Dennis Bradley, architect, to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit for Louie’s Wine Dive to allow a 1,061-square-foot expansion of the restaurant into the adjacent tenant space.
