NEW BUSINESS

A. 8028/8034 Crescent Drive – Boundary Adjustment Plat Consideration of a request by Matthew & Barbara Orland, owners, for approval of a boundary adjustment plat to bring the parcel lines into conformity with the platted lot lines.

B. 30 North Central Avenue – New Restaurant Conditional Use Permit Consideration of a request by Chris Sedlak, co-owner/operator of EDL, LLC, business owner/prospective tenant, for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a 3,578 square-foot Irish Pub restaurant to be known as 30 North at the subject location.

Architectural Review Consideration of a request by Brian Ivy, architect on behalf of Chris Sedlak, co-owner/operator of EDL, LLC, business owner/prospective tenant, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed renovations to the front façade in conjunction with the proposed new restaurant.

C. 25 North Central Avenue – Mixed-Use Project (Opus) – Sign District Consideration of a request by Opus Development Company, developer, for approval of a sign district to govern signage for the new project.

A. 2016 Annual Report Presentation of the 2016 Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board’s Annual Report.
