Monument Sign 7700 Davis Drive (Central Presbyterian Church) Consideration of a request by Tyler Stephens, architect on behalf of Central Presbyterian Church, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of an 18- square-foot monument sign to replace the existing monument sign along Hanley Road.

A. Mixed-Use Development - Vanguard Clayton 8500 Maryland Avenue Rezoning A public hearing to solicit input on a rezoning request submitted by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, to rezone the subject property from S-1 Service District and the Maryland Gateway Overlay District to a Planned Unit Development District (PUD).

Planned Unit Development Consideration of a request by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, for a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the construction of a 273,500-square-foot, 5- story building located on top of a 2-level, partially below grade parking structure containing 4,526 square feet of ground floor retail and live/work space, 229 residential units, and 352 parking spaces.

A. Subdivision Plat Consideration of a request by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, for review of a proposed subdivision plat to provide the vacation and recording of easements and the dedication of public right-of-way associated with the proposed development.

Architectural Review Consideration of a request by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 273,500-square- foot, 5-story building located on top of a 2-level, partially below grade parking structure containing 4,526 square feet of ground floor retail and live/work space, 229 residential units, and 352 parking spaces.
