Owner, of 724 Audubon Drive, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:

A 1 foot variance from the required rear setback of 5 feet, and a 4 foot, 2 inch variance from the required side setback of 5 feet, Section 405.1900.A.2 and 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII “R-2” Single-Family Dwelling District, to allow for the construction of a new detached two-car garage.
