Chairman Rick Bliss called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm.
owners of 166 N. Central Ave, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:
A 5.16 feet (5 feet, 2 inches) variance from the required side yard setback of 6 feet, Section 405.2050.A.3 of Article XIV (“R-3”) One and Two-Family Dwelling District
A 13.9 feet (13 feet, 11 inches) variance from the required rear yard setback of 6 feet, Section 405.2050.A.2 of Article XIV (“R-3”) One and Two-Family Dwelling District
Joelle Travis, Owner, Jay Partner, Contractor, and Jeannine Kalkwarf, Neighbor, were present. The board discussed the item with the project representatives. Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the side yard variance. Abby Goldstein seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the rear yard variance. Liza Streett seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

A 1 foot, 9.6 inch variance from the required side yard setback of 6 feet, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII (“R-2”) Single-Family Dwelling District to allow for the construction of an enclosed porch.
Scott Ferguson, Applicant, and Michelle Beucke, Architect, were present. The board discussed the item with the project representatives. Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the side yard variance. Liza Streett seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
