The City Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board of the City of Clayton, Missouri, met on the above date at 17:30 hours at the CITY HALL CHAMBERS/via ZOOM meeting. Upon roll call, the following responded:

Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS 1. 8420 KINGSBURY BLVD - Architectural Review Board - Alteration/Exterior Renovation (00:03:00) Consideration of a request by Dan Compton, Applicant, on behalf of Catherine and James Miller, Owners, for review of design and materials associated with exterior alterations.
Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the condition that the hedgerow be maintained as not to exceed three and a half feet in height. Lauren Strutman and Jim Miller were present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the item with the project representatives. Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approval with the condition that the hedgerow be maintained as not to exceed three and a half feet. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
2. 7822 BONHOMME AVE - Architectural Review Board - Alteration/Exterior Renovation (00:10:00) Consideration of a request by Gina Gamblin, Applicant, on behalf of Carbon Members Club LLC, Owner, for review of design and materials pertaining to exterior alterations.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a request for feedback on the current drafts of the Architectural Review Guidelines. PC-ARB discussed the drafts with staff and provided comments for revision.
