The City Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board of the City of Clayton, Missouri, met on the above date at 17:30 hours at the CITY HALL CHAMBERS/via ZOOM meeting. Upon roll call, the following responded:

Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS 1. 7645 Wydown Boulevard – Conditional Use Permit – Restaurant (00:02:29) Consideration of a request by Larry Moore, Applicant, on behalf of T&S Food Services LLC, Tenant, for the operation of a Starbucks.
Anna Krane provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the following condition:

2. 8007 Clayton Road – Architectural Review – Signage (00:14:14) Consideration of a request by Tracy Collins, Applicant, on behalf of The Agency Properties LLC, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a new ground sign.
Hobie Kropp provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Tracy Collins was present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the item with the applicant. Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
3. 407 Polo Drive – Architectural Review – Residential Addition (00:19:07) Consideration of a request by Joe Page, Applicant, on behalf of Bradford and Stephanie Goette, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a residential addition.
Anna Krane provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Robert Srote was present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the item with the applicant. Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
