6. 8141 Pershing Avenue – Site Plan Review– Residential Addition & Accessory Structure Consideration of a request by Nick Mikulec, Applicant/Owner, for Site Plan Review of a residential addition and accessory structure. Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to continue to a later meeting date to allow the applicant to consider revisions. Nick Mukulec, applicant/Owner, was present. PC-ARB discussed the project with the applicant. Jim Arsenault made a motion to continue the application to a later, unspecified meeting date. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

7. 8141 Pershing Avenue – Architectural Review – Residential Addition & Accessory Structure Consideration of a request by Nick Mikulec, Applicant/Owner, for review of design and materials for a residential addition and accessory structure.

New Business Item 7 was not discussed and was continued in conjunction with New Business Item 6, the associated Site Plan Review application. Jim Arsenault made a motion to continue the application to a later, unspecified meeting date. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
