NEW BUSINESS 1. 7401 CLAYTON ROAD – ARCHITECTURE REVIEW – EXTERIOR ALTERATION Consideration of a request by Powers Bowersox Associates, Applicant, on behalf of Judith Hanson and Fred Powers, Owners, for review of design and materials associated with the replacement of a fence in the front yard setback.

NEW BUSINESS 1. 7401 CLAYTON ROAD – ARCHITECTURE REVIEW – EXTERIOR ALTERATION Consideration of a request by Powers Bowersox Associates, Applicant, on behalf of Judith Hanson and Fred Powers, Owners, for review of design and materials associated with the replacement of a fence in the front yard setback.
