This is Volume I of the School District of Clayton Long-Range Facilities Master Plan (2024–2025), delivered to the district in February 2025. Excerpts record assessment scores and comments for classroom and specialized spaces, detailed window/door and room area measurements, and HVAC equipment inventories with installation dates, life expectancies, and replacement priorities.
