A. 7676 FORSYTH BLVD - Architectural Review - Signage Consideration of a request by Ken Manssouri, applicant, on behalf of Wellbridge, tenant, for review of the proposed installation of a 65 square foot illuminated sign in the Wellbridge entry lobby per the stipulations contained in the Sign Sub-district.

B. 212 SOUTH MERAMEC AVE - Architectural Review - Signage Consideration of a request by Josh Goodman, applicant, on behalf of WORP/CA Clayton Property Owner, LLC, owner, for review of proposed colors for banners included in the Sign Sub-district.

C. 26 NORTH MERAMEC AVE - Conditional Use Permit - General CUP Consideration of a request by Jacob Horner, applicant, on behalf of 7 Gables, LLC, for review of a Conditional Use Permit application to bring the hotel into conformance with the City's zoning regulations upon change of ownership.

D. 33 NORTH CENTRAL - Conditional Use Permit - Restaurant CUP Consideration of a request by Lauren Adler, applicant, on behalf of Verago,LLC, prospective tenant, for review of Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a 2,126 square foot restaurant to be known as Lemon Shark Poke (within Opus building).
