7. Text Amendment – Chapter 405, Article X Planned Unit Development District

A proposal to amend Sections 405.1360 through 405.1500 to revise requirements and procedures for planned unit developments (PUDs).

Anna Krane provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to recommend approval of the text amendment to the City Council. The PC-ARB discussed the text amendment with staff. Public comments were heard. Helen DiFate made a recommendation to recommend approval to the City Council as submitted. Jim Arsenault seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

5. 9 Southmoor Drive – Architectural Review – Residential Addition

Consideration of a request by Jane Ann Forney, applicant, on behalf of Simanowitz John Living Trust, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a residential addition.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Mike Antkowiak and John Simanowitz were present on behalf of the application. The PC-ARB discussed the application with the project representatives. Helen DiFate made a motion to approve as submitted. Jim Arsenault seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARING

A proposal to amend Sections 405.3690 through 405.4020 to revise requirements and procedures for outdoor dining.

Hobie Kropp provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to recommend approval of the text amendment to the City Council. The PC-ARB discussed the text amendment with staff. Helen DiFate made a recommendation to recommend approval to the City Council as submitted. Jim Arsenault seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
