A. 8100 Maryland Avenue – Commercial (Restaurant-Herbie’s) – Canopy Continued consideration of a request by John Hinckley, contractor, on behalf of Herbie’s Restaurant, tenant, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 358-square-foot vinyl canopy on the east building elevation (facing Brentwood Boulevard).

A. 801 Seminary Place – Institutional – Concordia Seminary Library -– Exterior Alterations Consideration of a request by Nova Group, Inc., on behalf of Concordia Seminary, owner, for review of the design and materials associated with proposed exterior alterations to the Library including a new entryway on the south elevation, a screen wall and accent lighting.

B. 8100 Maryland Avenue – Commercial (Restaurant-Herbie’s) – Statue Consideration of a request by Aaron Teitelbaum, owner, Herbie’s, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed placement of a 6-foot, 2-inch tall chef statue to be located outside the restaurant’s front door.
