OLD BUSINESS
A. 8500 Maryland Avenue - Mixed-Use (Vanguard Clayton) ARB Continued consideration of a request by David Braswell, Covington Realty Partners, owner under contract, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 273,500- square-foot, 5-story building located on top of a 2-level, partially below grade parking structure containing 4,526 square feet of ground floor retail and live/work space, 229 residential units, and 352 parking spaces.

A. 6364 San Bonita Avenue – Single Family Addition/Alteration (conceptual review) PC/ARB Consideration of a request by Jay Sparks, architect on behalf of Cathy Hermann & William Spees, owners, for conceptual review of the construction of a front entry, 2-car garage and a 2-story addition at the rear of the existing structure.
B. 210 South Hanley Road – Parking Lot (conceptual review) PC/ARB Consideration of a request by Nick Joggerst on behalf of Crown Diversified Industries, Inc., owner, for conceptual review of the construction of a 24 space parking lot.

G. 111 North Central Avenue – Rezoning PC A public hearing to solicit input on a rezoning request submitted by Joe Downs, Opus Development Company, LLC, owner under contract, to rezone 111 North Central Avenue from R-3 One and Two Family Dwelling District to C-2 General Commercial District to allow the construction of a 30-space surface parking lot. The parking lot is associated with the proposed development at 25 North Central Avenue.
H. 25 North Central Avenue - Mixed-Use Consideration of the following applications submitted by Joe Downs, Opus Development Company, LLC, owner under contract, to allow the construction of a123,806 square foot, 6 story building located on top of a 2 level below grade parking structure. The building will contain 13,297 square feet of ground floor retail, 121 residential units, and 145 parking spaces.
1. Rezoning PC: A public hearing to solicit input to rezone the subject property from the Central Business District Core Overlay District (base zoning of High Density Commercial) to a Planned Unit Development District (PUD).
2. Planned Unit Development PC: A public hearing to solicit input regarding the proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD).
