5 Kevin O’Keefe suggested asking the Board of Aldermen that question. He asked why the delay.
Mr. Barcus stated that closing and administrative matters may take a bit longer than 30 days.
Kevin O’Keefe advised Mr. Barcus to delineate exactly what those issues are.
Ron Reim asked if the Code says “30 days”.
Anna Krane replied “yes”.
Kevin O’Keefe stated that the 30 days is more of a reminder so these plats get filed in a timely manner.
Hearing no further questions or comments and hearing none from the audience, Scott Wilson made a motion to recommend approval of the plat to the Board of Aldermen per staff recommendations. The motion was seconded by Ron Reim and unanimously approved by the members.

Ron Reim stated that the building across the street from his building contains three signs.
Anna Krane stated that the sign code offers a lot of variations and that signage is allowed on each street frontage.
Craig Owens informed the other members that he could have administratively approved the first two agenda items this evening, but he wanted the formal Board to vote on them.
Joanne Boulton asked if applications for administrative review are posted to the City’s website.
Anna Krane replied “no”, noting that the majority of them are for building permits which are not put on the web.
Anna Krane informed the members that the City has received the site plan and architectural review applications for the Shaw Park apartments on Forsyth Boulevard.
Having no further business before the Commission this evening, the meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.

Anna Krane noted that the Code states that plats must be filed within 30 days of Board approval; not 60 as stated in staff’s report.
Chairman Lichtenfeld asked about the right-of-way dedication.
Mr. Barcus stated that there is approximately 951 square feet that is to be dedicated and he explained the location of that area.
Joanne Boulton asked what this plat does.
Mr. Barcus indicated that this cleans things up and now that Centene owns the Wellbridge property, they can create one parcel so the tower and garage are on one lot.
Joanne Boulton asked if in the future there will be an “L” shaped lot.
