3. 6451 Clayton Road – Architectural Review – Sign Subdistrict Amendment Consideration of a request by Matthew Bell, Applicant/Tenant, for review of a sign subdistrict amendment.
Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve on the condition that the proposed sign area be revised not to exceed ten percent of the window area. Chris DeHeer was present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the item with the project representative.
