The City Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board of the City of Clayton, Missouri, met on the above date at 17:30 hours at the CITY HALL CHAMBERS/via ZOOM meeting. Upon roll call, the following responded:

MINUTES Regular meeting of 9/18/2023

Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS 1. 515 South Central Avenue – Site Plan Review – Residential Addition (00:39:08) Consideration of a request by Christopher Pike, Architect, on behalf of Anne and Kevin Davis, Owners, for Site Plan Review of a residential addition.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of the background and changes with a recommendation to approve with the following conditions:
