Procedural: 1.01 Statement of Adequate Notice, Pledge of Allegiance The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. and was held via the virtual platform Zoom due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Polar Ionization System That the Board of Education approve the TIPS contract #200604 with Daikin TMI, LLC - Aftermarket Solutions Group for the installation of a needlepoint bi-polar ionization system at a total project cost of $555,295 and authorize administration to negotiate and enter into a contract for the same. Motion by Gary Pierson, second by Amy Rubin.
