This agenda item was added to the agenda within 24 hours of notice as Board members wanted to update the district gun safety legislation resolution due to the recent shooting in St. Louis at the Central Visual and Performing Arts High School.

Communications Superintendent, Dr. Nisha Patel, spoke about the recent shooting in St. Louis at the Central Visual and Performing Arts High School and briefed the Board on the safety measures in place within our district.
