Information, Procedural: 1.01 Call to Order Joint Meeting, Pledge of Allegiance The joint meeting between the City of Clayton Board of Aldermen and the School District of Clayton Board of Education was called to order at 6:32 p.m. Board member, Steve Singer, was absent from this meeting.

Mayor Michelle Harris introduced the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) 2021-2022 led by their Community Advisor, Jenny Abeles. Information, Discussion: 3.01 CRSWC Annual Update/Budget Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Ms. Patty DeForrest, Director of Parks and Recreation, from the Clayton Recreation Sports and Wellness Commission provided the annual update to our Board of Education on our joint budget with the City of Clayton.
