OLD BUSINESS 1. 139 North Bemiston Avenue – Architectural Review – New Multifamily Consideration of a request by Zachary Ebbers, Architect, on behalf of Douglas Bemiston LLC, Owner, for Site Plan Review of two new duplex condominiums.
