Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the condition that the concrete paving matches the city standard pour of Meramec sand and gravel. Tony Camacho, Applicant, was present on behalf of the project. PC-ARB discussed the project with the applicant. Public comments were heard. Bridget McAndrew made a motion to continue the item to an unspecified meeting date. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

9. 121 Topton Way – Site Plan Review– New Single-Family (02:47:28) Consideration of a request by Linda Clark, Applicant, on behalf of 121 Topton Way LLC, Owner, for Site Plan Review of a new single-family home.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the following conditions:
