B. 9 East Brentmoor Park – Accessory Structure (Detached Garage) ARB Consideration of a request by Sabrina & Doug Holtzman, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 1,664-square-foot accessory structure (4 car capacity detached garage) at the northwest quadrant of the subject property.
C. 231 South Bemiston Avenue – Commercial - Signage PC Consideration of a request by Custom Signworks, contractor on behalf of Altus Properties, LLC, agent for owner, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed installation of a 24 square-foot monument sign to be located in the front yard area near the building’s entrance.
