Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the side yard variance. Abby Goldstein seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the rear yard variance. Liza Streett seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

Chairman Rick Bliss called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm.

Scott Ferguson, Applicant, and Michelle Beucke, Architect, were present. The board discussed the item with the project representatives. Bryce Woollen made a motion to approve the side yard variance. Liza Streett seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
