NEW BUSINESS 1. 8318 Kingsbury Drive – Architectural Review – Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Mary Schwartz, Applicant/Owner, for review of a rear yard wall exceeding ten feet in height. 2. 7817 Forsyth Boulevard – Architectural Review – Alteration/Exterior Renovation Consideration of a request by Amanda Norris, Applicant, on behalf of M1 Bank, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with exterior alterations.
