B. 36 Crestwood Drive – Addition to Single-Family Residence ARB Consideration of a request by Paul Fendler, architect on behalf of Gerardo Felipe Vaqueiro & Susana Fernando Espinosa, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 2-story, 850-square-foot addition to the existing single-family residence.

Tree & Landscape Regulations PC A public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 405 (Zoning Regulations) of the Clayton City Code by adding a new Article XXX: Trees and Landscaping Regulations, and amending and/or repealing various sections of Chapters 405, 410 (Overlay & Urban Design Districts) and 415 (Subdivision Regulations) to update cross references to such regulations.
