KK deals with visitors to district property and events and the MSBA proposes to amend the policy to add an appeal process for individuals whose access has been restricted to public forums. So that would be like a board meeting or other public forum that might take place in a school. It's not parent-teacher conferences. It's not other things like that so I want to make that clear. So if somebody were banned they would have an appeal process to this body. The bans that are issued or the restrictions that would be issued would be issued under the authority of the superintendent or the superintendent's designee which typically these days is going to be the director of safety and security so that's how that policy would operate.
